David E. Fellhauer

  • Born August 19, 1939 in Kansas City, MO
  • Ordained a priest for the Diocese of Dallas-Fort Worth on May 29, 1965
  • Appointed the second Bishop of the Diocese of Victoria on April 7, 1990
  • Ordained and installed as the Bishop of the Diocese of Victoria in Texas on May 28, 1990.
