History
The act of giving can become a powerful form of prayer as well as an
expression of our faith. Since its founding in 1982, the Catholic
Diocese of Victoria in Texas has become a vital religious presence in
our region. the diocese is made up of people of strong faith, long
traditions, and cultural pride.
To assure that we can continue to fulfill our mission of service and
respond to new challenges, the Diocese of Victoria has established a
Diocesan Endowment Fund. This gives the people of our diocese a
long-term opportunity to benefit both the present and future generations
of our Catholic family.

A Board of Advisors Working with the Bishop...
The Endowment Fund is managed by its director, the Bishop of the Diocese
of Victoria and future bishops of the diocese. Professional lay people
serve on a seven member Board of Advisors.
